What Causes A Delayed Period With Negative Pregnancy Test?

i got my last menses on 24th november, i have recently started Yoga about 1 1/2 months ago, i had done preganancy test and it showed negative. please advise how long do I wait to get my periods. My age is 34 years old symptoms are shown backache,leg cramps,stomach ache... kindly adv...
