What Causes A Delayed Period With Pregnancy Symptoms?

I had my period two weeks late and it lasted me two weeks. I am late on my next menstrual cycle again and have many pregnancy signs. The only sign that i don't have is increase in appetite, in fact, i can't hold a single thing down for more than five minutes. Not even water. Could i have had a miscarriage and am now carrying a dead baby?
