What Causes A Delayed Period With Sore Breasts, Discharge And Abdominal Pains?

hi i was due my period two weeks ago but havent come on, i have taken 2 pregnancy tests in the space of two weeks and they are coming back negative, i have sore breasts, creamy discharge, abdominal pains, headaches and feeling sick what do you think it could be?
