What Causes A Delayed Period With Stomach Cramps, Spotting And Discharge?

hi im 9 days late for my period... the last two days ive been having bad stomach cramps and spotting... theres also been alot of brown/red discharge when i wipe after youing the toilet, about a half hour ago the pain got really bad and there was alot more brown/red discharge coming out what could this mean?
