What Causes A Delayed Period With Stomach Cramps?

im on the mercilon pill and i missed 2 pills in the first week of my pack i had unprotected sex in that week aswell im now about 2 days late for my period ive been getting cramps for over a week or so and it feels like im going to come on but nothing is happening is there a chance i could be pregnant ?
