What Causes A Delayed Period With Urinary Discharges?

my periods is postponed by 5 days but getting white dispatches during urine and more during night when i am with my partner .

Did pregrancy test at home but should me negative.
Need to know why it happens.... is that it is a cause for pregrancy ?
