What Causes A Delayed Period With White Bumps On The Breast?

I had a missed period last month (was suppose to come on december 8, n didn't get it till dec 15) then a week after I had another period in that same month (december 25- lasted 3 days) this month of january I am late again- I did not get it on the 8th, or the 15th, and we are now the 19th of jan. Also I have had mild headaches, nausea, cramps, lack of sleep very much, and sore joints/backaches. I recently noticed a pink discharge yesterday, and these white small bumps around my nipples... I had taken a preg test two weeks ago n negative! What could it be then?
