What Causes A Delayed Period,stomach Cramps And Back Pain?

So im going crazy here.. I got my period on the 5 of June. (Last day of menstrual cycle) then my boyfriend and I did it again 16-19 around those days (did not use plan b) the next week (21st of june) I was in the hospital and got diagnosed with ms. (Multiple sclerosis ) i took solumedrol (steriod) in my iv for a whole week then dr ordered to take it oral for another week. Now its clear we ve passed 5 of July... and im around 8-9 days late..... I do have cramping and white discharge....back pain... is it a possibility that I may be pregnant? I would appreciate any response. Thank you....
