Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Dent in the hip is unlikely to be related to the child birth.
However, sometimes muscle injury or nerve damage can lead to atrophy of a particular muscle in the body, in your case hip, and this may cause abnormal contour in that part of body.
I will suggest you to consult a neurologist for proper examination, investigations and treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
