What Causes A Difficult Feeling While Swallowing ?

It started with sore throat,101 fever..body ache,developed white patches on my tonsils. went to the doctor and did strep test, came back negative. prescribed me amox 500. finished them and notice some white on my tonsils. experiencing no pain... just feel as if something is back there when i swallow.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The sore throat can be because of the bacterial infection and the white patch can be because of the fungal infection like candidiasis. Nothing to be panic, consult an oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole (if you are not allergic). For the fungal infection you can take a topical clotrimazole ointment. Do saline gargling.
