Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My son has had some issues for some time now and trying to figure out what might be the problem. He was checked for prostatitis, and complains of a discolored (purple) shriveled up penis. We saw a urologist, did a ultrasound, is able to void, prostate exam, it was boggy and tender, and was told very rare for a 19 year old. Not sure what else could be the problem.....He himself did online research and came across something called colletes fascia tear??
since thereis no related problem so this may be just normal and not relatedtoprostitis prostitis can give rise to uti and difficulty in voiding prostatic fluid after massaging prostatecanbe tested after staining gonochocal involvment can be ruled out systemic antibiotic like ezythrocin 500mg can be given for 5days.
