What Causes A Dry Residue In The Urine?

So this morning i woke up to urinate. And there was this sort of dry residue of some sort stuck to the tip of my penis. And it was a little hard to peel off kind of like glue or something. I was just wondering if anyone could help me figure out wat it is.

Hello.

It could either be residual semen which can leak out after a previous night sexual contact or masturbation, or pre-ejaculate which can leak out in case of sexual stimulation or in laymen terms also called 'wet dreams'.
