What Causes A Dry Spot On The Throat Along With Cough?

I am taking edarbyclor every morning for about 4 months. I have a cough that first appears as a dry spot or tickle in my throat; then it causes me to cough. A (sugar free lozenge helps immediately and I now carry them with me all he time). Because of the non-ending cough, I looked up side effects of my medication. I do have dizziness especially when I get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I try to move slowly, but for about 5 seconds the dizziness prevails. Even if I turn over in bed I feel the dizziness. In addition I Have a numbness of my left big toe almost always with no other reason. Leg muscle cramps are common especially if I try stretching. I am wondering if there is a relationship between my symptoms and the drug. My blood pressure is excellent! Between 102-117 over 68--78. I am a 74- yr old woman with hypertension and reflux disease. Other meds include lansoprazole 15 mg, biotin 5000, vitamin D3 1000, vagiFem 10 estradiol. Dosage of edarbyclor s 40 mg with 12.5 medoxomil.
