What Causes A Dull Ache In The Left Thigh And Hip?
I have a dull ache in my left thigh and hip. I don t feel any pain at all when I m moving but more when I m laying or sitting for longer periods of time. It s not unbearable but can be annoying and sometimes a little painful. I ve had it for about 2 weeks now and it hasn t gotten any better

Thigh pain can be related to many medical conditions depending on your age and medical condition. I suggest to do a thigh X-ray for further evaluation. I recommend to use painkillers such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain. Gentle stretching exercises can also be helpful.
