What Causes A False Positive Result In Drug Test While On Benadryl?

I have taken a drug test as a new hire for a company, and I have not heard back from them, 3 days have gone by. The only drugs that I take are all OTC which consist of Benadryl, Aleve, Osto-bi flex and one a day Vitamins, Could taking these drugs cause a false positive?

Hi,

Benadryl does not contain any addictive or recreational drugs as an active ingredient.
Nothing much to worry as it is a widely prescribed drug does not cause you to fail in the test.
