What Causes A Feel Of Firmness On Testicle?
I have an area on one of my testicles that is firmer than the rest of it. It s not exactly a lump, but an area of extra firmness. It is sort of oblong shaped and on the surface of the testicle. It isn t sore or tender, but I hadn t noticed it before. At times it is difficult to locate it, but it s clearly there. I m 68 and in good health. I had a vasectomy at 27, then reconnection surgery (vas-a-vas) at 32.
