What Causes A Feel Of Having Large Cyst In Ovary Causing Fatigue And Pain?

I have had ovarian cysts on and off for 25 years. I have had 2 major surgeries and 12 laparoscopies. I feel like I have a very large cyst on my lower left right now. It feels heavy and I'm quite fatigued. The pain is only like a 5 out of 10 so my question is: would you recommend I go to emergency?
