What Causes A Feeling Of Air Under The Shoulders After Dislocation?

hello, a few months ago i dislocated my left shoulder that has now healed but now, whn i runboth my shoulders feel like they have air underneath them and, when i am sitting down my left shoulder feels the same as when i run and it has never felt that way before. Can you tell me if anything is wrong
