Im a 20 year old male and all the sudden I felt drunk like and I passed out for a few seconds my ears were ringing .im very pale and feel week never had any kind of issue like this before always been healthy never did any kind of drugs please guide me do I need to go to the er

Hi,

It can be syncopal episode and baseline EKG may be done alongside Holter monitoring if needed after a detailed neurological examination as well as cardiac evaluation for any abnormal heart rhythym. If unremarkable, electrolytes imbalances sugar levels, Thyroid levels should be evaluated. CT or MRI brain may not be needed at this stage.
