What Causes A Feeling Of Fainting, Cold And Muscle Weakness After Consuming Alcohol?

I was out to dinner with friends. I had two alcoholic drinks and shared an entree with a friend. As soon as dinner was over, I felt faint, had cold, clammy skin (although I felt very hot), muscle weakness (felt like I had been run over by a truck), and tunnel vision. Just as I was about to have my friend take me to the emergency room, I vomited. The symptoms immediately went away. Was this food poisoning? My friend, who ate the entree with me did not suffer any of these symptoms.

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the first incidence you had then never happened again then it is nothing to worry because it could be due some nonspecific condition but if it goes on happen often or twice since the first incidence happened then better to get done the CT of brain, EKG, ECHO, and of course clinical examination to rule out the cerebro-vascular condition hope this information helps.
