General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You need to get Urinalysis for protienuria as well as liver function tests and serum albumin levels. Echocardiogram should also be done to rule out signs of heart failure. Meanwhile, using diuretics like furosemide with spironolactone, will be helpful. Salt restriction and water intake limitations according to output should be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
