What Causes A Feeling Of Hard Stomach?

Hi I have been have stomach issues for a while my stomach feels hard and it hurts when I suck in sometimes it makes weird noises and pops that are very annoying I was tested for lactose intolerance and that wasn t it I was wondering if you could help me

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to accumulated gas in the stomach.

Other causes can be an inflammatory bowel disease.

I suggest using Simethicone medication three times a day to relieve the gas.

I also suggest using daily probiotics and a healthy diet.
