What Causes A Feeling Of Having A Hard Knot On The Penis Opening?

Yes I feel like I have a hard rock like the size of a tick tack in the shaft if my penis. When I ejaculate it doesn t come out in a nice stream it seems to be blocked. Also when urinate it doesn t come out as strong as it use to. I feel like it s blocked. What do I do? What could it be?

It can be either a spermatocele or infectious cyst or impacted stone. An ultrasound will help diagnose it correctly.
