General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the Namendra pill (Memantine hydrochloride) is used for Alzeheimer's disease and dementia condition. There are documented side effects as confusion, agitation, anxiety and others which can pause as feeling of illness (even possible after single dose intake). She should refrain from further doses of the pill and consult her doctor for further guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
