What Causes A Feeling Of Sick And Fever?

Lately I have been feeling weird, first I was sick feeling with a fever for about a week, then when that went away I would get this sad mourning feeling for no good reason. Now just out of boredom I went to see if I can find my pulse in my neck, I did. I found a strong one way up under my jawbone, but down there by the collarbone I found another, a weaker but faster one, not of the same beat. What does all this conclude?

I really appreciate your concern here but you have not mentioned any thing about your age and gender this was very important here because pathological process differs in both the gender accordingly, this could be your functional condition and nonspecific type of symptoms, try to keep the stress level very low, take care and have a nice day.
