What Causes A Fizzing Sensation In The Chest?

hi there i've been getting a fizzing sensation in the left side of my chest since yesterday i thought i had wind as i had a lot of pain wednesday night in my neck and shoulder and could hardly move or sleep the pain went today but stll got this fizzing / buzzing sensation wich seems to be getting worse

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
But better to rule out heart related diseases first because left sided chest discomfort is common in these diseases.
So get done ecg and 2d echo.
If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Musculoskeletal pain is more likely.
So apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drug.
Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Avoid bad postures in sleep.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
