What Causes A Fluid Filled Boil On Vagina During Pregnancy?

hi ok so I have what I think is a boil on my vagina next to my iner thigh,its been more than a week and is big as a golfbal and hurts as he ll,I pricked it open today any some yelow/brown and black stuf came out aswel as small black blood clots,its stil swolen a litlle but inside the hole its black should it be like that?I m 33 weeks pregnant

Hi

Staphylococcal infection can cause boils.Antibiotic treatment is required in such cases.Drainage of the fluid may be essential.Antibiotic ointment can be used on the affected site.Treatment can help ease the pain and reduce the infection until the boil is gone.

Avoiding picking the boil is essential.Blood sugar levels should be checked since Diabetes can increase the risk of boils.

Any history of fever,rapid increase in the size of boil,boils at other parts of the body,blood or pus draining from the boil are symptoms that require immediate attention and examination by your physician.
