What Causes A Fluid Filled Bump On Vaginal Lip?

I recently noticed a small bump on my vaginal lip I popped and a lil clear liquid came out I've googled a lot of information on herpes but I have none of the other symptoms besides a small bump ( no clusters) thats taking a lil long to heal could thia still b herpes without all the symptoms and if not could it possibly be something else?
