What Causes A Fluid Substance In Eye While Blowing A Nose?

Sometimes when my ears are "shut", like when you're on an airplane etc, i shut my nose, and blow, so that my ears open again. If i blow really hard, could my eyes fall out, and sometimes wheni do this, a fluid substance dissolves from my right eye, it doesn' hurt, but it is a bit unpleasnt, what is going on? :)
