What Causes A Foul Smelling Penile Discharge In A Young Adult?
I am 23, Male, no sex history, I had a smelly discharge in morning when I woke up. This happened in past also but very rarely, with huge gap between (like months). Every time, this happened once then stopped. Same in this case, it stopped now. No pain in passing urine, no other symptoms. Is this a infection or something else of which I should not worry about? Thank you.

Hello,
As there is no pain while passing urine, urinary infection is less likely. Can be part of infection below foreskin as balanitis or else. Should be presented to your family doc who will decide that a surgeon consultation is required or not.
