What Causes A Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge?

Okay so for a couple days one this brown yellow color has been showing up in my underwear it has a smelly odor to it but I just got put on medicine cause I got a urinary track infection and I might have a belly but ok. Infection from surgery I just had what is this coming from u think
