What Causes A Frozen Left Hand Like Feeling Long After Carpal Tunnel Surgery?

My left hand is like frozen. I have been operated for tunnel carpien 4 yrs ago and it came back worst than ever. I don t want an open operation like I had. I would like to have it by endoscopic . On Montreal where i live it sem that only the private doctors do it and it cost 4000$ and more . Would you know if it is possible to have this operation in a hospital with a doctor affiliated to the assurance maladie ?

it is a post operative complication neurological and vascular problem have taken place. it better if the same doctor review it. since you have change the place you can report to best hospitaavailable near your place . give proper history and produce what ever documents available.
