What Causes A Fuzzy Sensation In The Ear?

In July 2013 I happened to be sitting in the garden when a bee buzzed close to my ear. My reaction was to shake my head. For two years I have suffered non stop fuzzing sensation that I think is coming from the back of my neck and my ear is picking up the sound. It is constant. I ve had a scan of my ear and a scan if nerves but nothing has been diagnosed. The sound is none stop. It sounds as if someone has placed a wet pan on a hot cooker.
