What Causes A Golf Ball-sized Lump On The Upper Pelvis Area?

Hello! I have recently discovered a golf ball sized lump to the left of my upper pelvis area which is painful to the touch, and today, a smaller size lump to the right upper pelvic area wa discovered, what should I want to rule out, and should this be a gyn ,or urologist to consult with?

hi..swelling above pelvis area are many..
so first of all have examination by surgeon , have USG or CT SCAN ..
and finally HISTOPATHOLOGICAL examination..
it will confirm a single diagnosis..
