What Causes A Green Coloured Urinary Discharge Post Radiation Therapy?
I have a urinary discharge that is greenish in color. Noticed it after radiation therapy for Breast Ca and started taking a hormone for the next five years . Also started getting hoarse. The medication is Letrozole. Can u help me to find the answer ?

The green urine indicates possible urinary tract infection with Pseudomonas aeruginosa most likely which can follow due to low hydration, immunity response or others. In my clinic, I do recommend a urine culture report at the first instance with complete hemogram for possible cause evaluation and further guidelines.
