What Causes A Green Vaginal Discharge?

Hello doctor, I'm 24 yrs old. I'm having a greenish discharge from my vagina which is increasing on a daily base. I read a couple of articles on the internet and was worried weather I have developed an infection? I do not have any itching sensations and neither I get any foul smell. What can be the problem? waiting foe your earliest replies.
