Hello,

I am of the opinion that you need to consult an ophthalmologist as an eye injury should not be taken lightly.

Also, any history of headache, blurred vision, irritation should be ruled out to make sure there is no internal damage.

Grey spot /Red ( could be due to subconjunctival hemorrhage) may occur due to injury to small blood vessels. However, don't worry and keep and ice pack and visit an ophthalmologist for an eye examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
