What Causes A Hard Bump Around An Ear Piercing?

I got my ears pierced about a month ago and it was hard to clean around the backs of them because they were tight so I did the best I could. But yesterday I went to take them out and clean then and behind one I have a bump surrounding the back hole and it bleeds but not too bad. It doesn t hurt until I put the back on but then it stops. I don t know if it s infected or if it ll go away on its own...

Hello,

I think a doctor should examine if it is infected or not. Also you can upload a photo of the ear in reports for me to see it. You can continue to disinfect it with alcohol or Betadine in order not to get infected in the place it was bleeding.
