What Causes A Hard Bump Between Inner Thigh And Outer Vagina?

So I have a huge solid red bump between my inner thigh and outer right of my vagina it almost looks a bit bruised it s not a pimple or ingrown hair because the bump is vey thick and long. Also the surface is very sensitive and applying pressure feels like pushing on a sore muscle. I m starting to get worried, have you ever heard a similar case?

I really appreciate your concern, chances of swollen lymph node is very likely and this could be due to some infection and this need to be ruled out and for that it is better to get done the clinical examination, till then it can be tried "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
