Hello,

Sebaceous cysts are caused by a blocked sebaceous gland (oil gland in the skin). They commonly occur in the vulva and appear as a small, hard lump, which is generally painless. Sebaceous cysts do not require treatment unless they cause discomfort. You don't need to get panicked since these are un-harmful and if it does cause any discomfort you can consult your doctor to get it removed anytime as a day care procedure.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
