What Causes A Hard Lump Above The Clavicle?

I have a large hard lump above my right clavicle. Hard, painless and attached. I found it 1 year ago but it has not changed that I can tell, it s about 1 inch around, I have hashimotos and graves disease as well. Should it be biopsied? I also get headaches and sharp chest pains that feel like a stabbing in my left lung underneath my 3 or 4 rib...

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some enlarged supraclavicular lymphnode or some soft tissue mass or any other lesion. You should go for biopsy of yhat lump. You also need chest x ray. Consult your doctor, investigate properly and take treatment accordingly.
