What Causes A Hard Lump Below The Nipple After An Injury?

My 8-year old daughter hurt her left breast from a bicycle accident, after 3 days we noticed a small hard thing near her nipple (below) is it some thing to worry? Will the hardness be gone in few days? what home treatment can we use to keep her away from harm? please help us...
