Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your stomach upset.

As per your history you seems to have gastritis, because of it you might not be eating proper foods so the cause of weight loss.

You need to take the medication like pantoprazole 40 mg empty stomach in morning once daily for at least two to three weeks that will take care of your gastric issue.

The tender painful lump may be simply a furancle, if it is there and not healing you may also need antibiotics only after consulting your doctor.

Because unusual weight loss is not good, you may need a physicial examination too to get proper diagnosis and get rid of from this stress.

Hope my answer will help you and you will write to us if you feel any further assistance needed.
