What Causes A Hard Lump Under Lower Buttocks?

I have a hard lump under tailbone kind of going towards the left side of butt cheek. I think it came from sitting on hard things (chairs, floor, etc) & have been doing a lot of squaring bc of my job (cna). I was wondering if it s cancer. It s immobile and not painful. I checked right side of butt cheek across from lump but nothing. It feels like my tailbone but I m concerned if it s my posture or if I have something to seriously consider. Please help!!!

Hello,

If it is near the tailbone it can be cocygeal abscess or pylondial cyst. You may need to get physically examined to get diagnosed.
