What Causes A Hard Nodgial On The Scrotum?
hi my husband has been experiencing some lower back pain for a couple months and when he tries to urinate it takes 30 sec before he can even start to relieve himself, now this evening he found a hard nodgiel in his scrotom, it doesnt hurt but is size of a cranberry, what should we do and what might it be?

I suggest to do a scrotal ultrasound for further evaluation.
If the does not have pain,probably there is nothing to be concerned.
