What Causes A Hard Nodule Behind Left Ear During Pregnancy?

Hi , im 7months pregnant suddenly I noticed a pea sized nodule like at the edge of skull & behind theleft ear lobe ..it is tender & hard & capsular skin is moveble frm nodule & its increasing in size also plz suggest wat could b the cause...whether it is serious condition lik tumor .
