What Causes A Hard Red Lump On Left Side Of Vaginal Area?

I have a hard red lump on my left side bikini line where the crease of my leg is. Its been there for a couple days. It has no head on it like a pimple or ingrown hair. Its tender to the touch. And protruding. Its rather large probably about two inches long. What could it be? Should I get medical attention or just wait and see if it goes away?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having enlarged tender inguinal lymph node giving rise this problem.
It indicates that there might be having active infection in surrounding area like skin, lower genital tract, butt chick or anal region.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
