Hello I am 30 weeks and 4days pregnant. I woke up this morning with swollen face lips n eyes still very tired and headache. Sweating n itchy. I thought maybe just something i ate on Easter but nothing new. I slept all day on and off. Also have sharp cramping pain in my lower right side by my hip kinda but inside by my uterus. Should I go in or wait till tomorrow. I have an ultrasound appointment with my high risk dr. Tomorrow because my baby had too much anomic fluid n on of his kidneys were swollen.
