What Causes A Heart Rate Of About 130 BPM,chest And Back Pain?

I am 63 years old. My heart rate usually rise to about 130 BPM as I ride an exercycle. Lately it will rise to about 122 PBM and the fall to about 110 PBM and refuse to rise with even more exertion. Simultaneous I have some light breathlessness and sometimes a small amount of chest and back pain. Why want my heart rate increase with more exertion?
