What Causes A High TSH Level During A Panic Attack?

I just t started taking synthroid 50 MCG for Hosimotos and I had a tsh of 75. Now after a week on synthroid I had a panic attack and went to the emergency room. They did a Thyroid screen and my tsh went to 95 but my T3U, T4, T7 were normal. What does this mean?

Hello. Just being on synthroid for a week would not be long enough to bring down your TSH level. It would take more like a month for a retest to show the medication's effect. It's possible that the panic attack was asking your thyroid to produce more hormone and, since it couldn't, the TSH level was higher
